He found delight in the majestic, cascading waters of Niagara Falls, his favorite vacation spot that he returned to year after year. His love for food was evident, with American classics such as ribs and biscuits holding a special place at his dinner table. He had a particular affection for Ginger Ale, a beverage that always brought him comfort and a sense of nostalgia. A lover of music, Joseph's favorite tunes were often from The Beatles, whose timeless melodies constantly filled his home with warmth and happiness. An avid sports fan, he had a special affinity for The Steelers, cheering them on with an unmatched passion and dedication. His love for sports transcended into his recreational activities as well, with playing football and watching any football game being sources of endless enjoyment and camaraderie. Joseph was also fond of intellectual challenges, often taking pleasure in engaging family and friends in a spirited game of Monopoly. His love for working with his hands was evident as he often spent time fishing or working on cars, finding tranquility and satisfaction in these solitary pursuits.
