The son of Curtis and Juanita Parker, Johnny was raised with values that would guide him throughout his life. He graduated from Elk City High School in 1966 and furthered his education at the University of Oklahoma, School of Medicine. His leadership skills and compassion for others led him to serve as a hospital administrator for several hospitals across Oklahoma for 30 years. Later, he transitioned to a new role with the USDA as a loan officer, where he worked diligently until his retirement in 2011. In his personal life, Johnny was a pillar of his community. He is survived by Tammy and his children: daughter Kami and son-in-law Michael Ware of Tennessee Colony, Texas; daughter Jessica Parker of Chanute, Kansas; son Jeffery Brandon of Hutchinson, Ks, Daughter Kimberly Montgomery of San Antonio, Tx.
