In Loving Memory

Rev. Harold Lee Martin
January 11, 1940 — October 6, 2026
Rev Harold Lee Martin was born on January 11, 1940, and departed this earthly life on October 6, 2026. Harolds life was a blessing to his family, his church, and all those who had the privilege of knowing him. Though his passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who loved him, his legacy of faith, love and devotion will forever remain.
Harold was a faithful servant of God who dedicated himself to serving the Lord and his people. As a deacon at Tucker Missionary Baptist Church, he served with a commitment to his faith and the Christian community. His service to the church was an important part of his life's journey and his memory will remain a blessing to the congregation and all who worshipped alongside him.
Above all, Harold was a devoted husband and loving father. He shared his life with his beloved wife, Francine Thorne. As a loving couple he became a proud father of sons Curtis Martin, Christopher Martin and Julian Martin. Harold was also blessed with eighteen grandchildren: Melanie, Kayla, Christine, Ilene, Melissa, Journey, Joseph, Deandre, Chris, Jiovanna, Latanya, Anthony, Jamon, Dawana, Charles, Kyle, Rodney, and Cianne. His family was a treasured part of his life, and the love he shared with them created memories and bonds that will continue through generations.
As we mourn his passing, we find comfort in the promises of God and the hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Although our hearts are heavy, we are grateful for the years we were blessed to share with Harold and for the lasting impact of his life
"To be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord."
