John spent his formative years in Providence, Rhode Island, surrounded by a close-knit group of friends who remained an integral part of his life. He graduated from Castleberry High School in 1984, leaving behind a legacy of camaraderie and spirit that lived on through regular gatherings with his cherished schoolmates.
A man who never met a stranger, John's warmth and friendliness were his defining qualities. His presence lit up any room, and his genuine interest in people made him unforgettable. John's easygoing nature and willingness to lend a helping hand were matched only by his fun-loving spirit, which endeared him to all who crossed his path.
John's life was enriched by his family, whom he loved deeply. He is survived by his devoted children, Bradley Adams and his wife Morgan, who brought immeasurable joy into his life. John was a proud grandfather to Easton, his beloved grandson, who filled his days with laughter and love. He is also survived by his brother Gerald, who shared countless memories and a bond that could not be broken by distance or time.

A service to honor and celebrate John's remarkable life will be held on May 29, 2026, at 2:30 PM at Greenwood Funeral Home, located at 3344 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by John are invited to join in remembering a life lived with joy, generosity, and an open heart.
