Joel was the beloved son of Jon and Jane Brewbaker, who predeceased him in life. He is survived by his devoted brothers, Jonathan Brewbaker of Rocky Mount, VA, and his fraternal twin, Jon W. Brewbaker of Roanoke, VA. Joel's legacy lives on through his cherished children, Savanah, Zach, and Adrianna, all of Roanoke, VA, who will forever hold their father in their hearts. Joel's journey began with his education at James River High School in Buchanan, VA, where he graduated in 1987. He carried his zest for learning and commitment into his professional life, initially working at Hollins University, followed by positions at Walmart and ultimately Goodwill of the Roanoke Valleys. Throughout his career, Joel was known for his dedication and the warmth he brought to every workplace, leaving a lasting impression on colleagues and friends alike. A loving father and devoted brother, Joel's life was a testament to the power of family and friendship. His generous spirit and unwavering love for his children were the hallmarks of his character.
