Joanne Kay Wayrynen, a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully in her home on October 13, 2026. Born on December 3, 1942, in Minneapolis, Joanne was the daughter of Napoleon and Alice Geroux.
Joanne's life was preceded in death by her parents, and daughter, Debbie Lee, as well as her sons Joseph Buganski, Nick Buganski, and Richard Buganski.
She is survived by her daughters, Danna Demo and her husband Roger, and Melissa Wayrynen, Grandchildren: Dustin Miller and his wife Whitney, Shaunna Martin, Haley White, Heather McNamara and her husband Brandon, and Angelissa. Her great-grandchildren, Louella and Elowin,
She was known for her love of puzzle books, driving and spending time with her close friends.
