Joanne was also a devoted grandmother to her five beautiful granddaughters: Tatsiana, Ava, Zoe, Juliana, and Kaylee, who brought endless joy and laughter into her life. Her sister, Rosalin Dirckston, along with her family, will forever hold Joanne's memory close to their hearts. A graduate of Simon Gratz High School, Joanne dedicated her career to the City of Philadelphia, where she worked tirelessly as a school crossing guard. Through her work, she ensured the safety of countless children, greeting each day with a smile and a helping hand.
