Joann was the treasured daughter of the late Leroy and Maude Baugher. She grew up in a close-knit family alongside her sister Mae and brothers Elmer and Everett, all of whom predeceased her. Her life was touched by profound love when she married Ed Howard Weaver Sr., with whom she shared many beautiful years until his passing. Together, they built a family rooted in love and togetherness. Joann was predeceased by her husband Ed, her beloved children Linda Carol, Maude Elizabeth Weaver, and Edward Howard Weaver Jr., as well as her siblings. Despite the heartaches she endured, Joann's spirit remained unbroken. She was the proud and loving mother of Lois Mae, who resides in Oklahoma. Joann's legacy continues through her five grandchildren, Lisa Mae, Melissa Polak, Lois Walker, and Stevie Freeman, all residing in Oklahoma, each of whom held a special place in her heart. Her family blossomed further, blessing her with 14 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren, who brought joy and laughter into her life. Known for her friendly smile and open heart, Joann had a unique gift for making everyone feel like a friend.
