Daughter to the late Charles Carroll and Helen Carr Ficke, Jo Anne was a cherished member of a close-knit family. She is fondly remembered by her sisters, Patricia, Sharon, Susan, and Beth. Known affectionately as "Favorite Aunt Jo," she extended her love generously to many nephews, nieces, and great-nephews and nieces, leaving a legacy of warmth and affection. A graduate of Northern High School in 1969, Jo Anne's life was marked by her passionate pursuits. She had a particular zeal for sports, notably softball, which was her enduring passion.
