With heavy hearts and cherished memories, we announce the passing of Jill Butcher, a beloved mother, sister, daughter, and friend, who left this world peacefully on April 19, 2026, surrounded by her family. Born on August 25, 1961, in the charming town of Mt Holly, Jill graced our lives with her vivacious spirit for 64 beautiful years.
Jill was the cherished daughter of Bernadette and Joseph Butcher. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph, and her brother, Kenny Butcher, both of whom she held close in her heart throughout her life. She is survived by her loving son, Benjamin, and her devoted siblings, Mary Jo, Jimmy, Gary, and Karen, who will forever treasure the joyous memories they shared with her.
From a young age, Jill had a knack for bringing warmth and laughter to those around her. Her vibrant personality and ability to lighten up any room left an indelible mark on everyone she met. She truly was the life of the party, effortlessly drawing people in with her infectious smile and kind heart.
Jill's love for life was evident in her passion for cooking. An avid cook, she often spent her free time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals that brought family and friends together. Her culinary creations were more than just food; they were expressions of love, and each dish was crafted with care and joy.
A proud graduate of Cherokee High School, Jill maintained lifelong friendships with many of her classmates, who were touched by her unwavering loyalty and generosity. Her ability to connect with others and make them feel special was a hallmark of her character.
To honor and celebrate Jill's remarkable life, a service will be held on April 25, 2026, at the Maple Shade Fire Hall, located at 53 South Maple Avenue, Maple Shade, NJ, 08052. Family and friends are invited to gather and share stories, laughter, and love in remembrance of a woman who made the world brighter simply by being in it.
Jill Butcher's legacy lives on through the countless lives she touched with her warmth, humor, and kindness. Though she will be dearly missed, her spirit will forever remain in our hearts, guiding us with the light she so effortlessly shared with the world.
