In Loving Memory

Jeysen Michael Dunn
May 5, 2014 — October 19, 2026
It is with profound sadness and tender memories that we announce the passing of Jeysen, a bright and beloved young soul, who left us too soon on October 19, 2026, as a result of an accident caused by a drunk driver. Born on May 5, 2014, in Boynton Beach, FL, Jeysen was a beacon of light and joy to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Jeysen was the cherished son of Brandon "Jack" Dunn and Amanda M. Traxler, who, along with their community, are mourning the immense loss of their precious child. Jeysen was predeceased by loving grandparents Robert and Anne Traxler, and we find solace in the thought that they are now reunited.
As a dedicated student at Pasco Middle School, Jeysen was an honor roll scholar with a particular passion for science. His dream was to one day serve others as a Paramedic or a Doctor, a testament to his innate compassion and desire to help those in need. His teachers and classmates will remember him as a student who not only excelled academically but also as someone who brought warmth and kindness to the school environment.
Outside of his studies, Jeysen was a typical adventurous and curious child, who found joy in playing Minecraft and riding his bike around town. These simple pleasures brought him happiness and allowed him to express his creativity and love for exploration.
Jeysen was known for his compassion and empathy, always putting others first and offering a kind smile to everyone he met. His gentle nature and willingness to help made a lasting impact on those around him, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness.
In accordance with the family's wishes, a private funeral service will be held to honor Jeysen's life. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to his friends who have sent their love and to the dedicated staff at All Childrens Hospital emergency department, who did all they could for Jeysen in his final moments.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to the All Childrens Hospital Foundation in Saint Petersburg, FL, to support the vital work they do for children in need.
As we remember Jeysen, let us hold close the memory of his bright spirit and the love he shared so freely. "Forever in our hearts, always on our minds. The body may perish, but love endures forever."
