Jevonica T. Crumbley

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jevonica Tangreia Crumbley, a beloved daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother. Jevonica was born on September 30, 1981, in Columbus, Georgia, and passed away on August 14, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Jevonica was the daughter of Joseph and the late Yvonne Crumbley. She is predeceased by her mother, Yvonne, and her sisters, Tara Walker and Robin Salter. She is survived by her loving father, Joseph Crumbley, and her sister, Venetia Walker. Jevonica's light continues to shine brightly through her children, Janiya Crowell, Lawrence Crowell Jr., Jamaya Crumbley, Jamon Tenney, Rodridquez Crumbley, Ortega Crumbley, and Jakiya Crumbley, as well as her cherished grandchild, Joelle Crowell. Educated in the Dekalb County School System, Jevonica went on to build a career as a customer service support professional with FedEx and AutoZone. She was known for being the life of the party. Jevonica had an infectious love for music and dancing, which she shared with her friends and family. Jevonica was deeply committed to her community. She generously gave her time as a volunteer worker for community food banks, Her love for Disney Mickey Mouse paraphernalia was well-known, and she took great joy in collecting items that brought a sense of magic and wonder to her life. Jevonica’s greatest pride and joy were her seven children and grandson. Her vibrant personality and boundless energy will be remembered by All, especially Her family of nieces, nephews, godsisters and godbrothers. A service to celebrate Jevonica’s life will be held on August 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the Josh Gibson Center, located at 116 Rogers St., Buena Vista, GA 31803. The Crumbley, Times, and Walker families extend their heartfelt thanks to everyone who has reached out during this difficult time.
