In Loving Memory

Jesus Ramon Jr
January 10, 1943 — May 28, 2026
With heavy hearts and cherished memories, we announce the peaceful passing of Jesus Ramon Jr., who left this world on May 28, 2026, at the age of 83. Born on January 10, 1943, in the close-knit community of Robstown, Texas, Jesus lived a life marked by love, devotion, and unwavering kindness.
Jesus was the beloved son of the late Jesus and Amelia Ramon. He was a devoted husband to his cherished wife, Crecenciana Ramon, with whom he shared 45 wonderful years of marriage. Their union, which began on November 3, 1963, in Corpus Christi, Texas, was a testament to enduring love and partnership, and together, they nurtured a family filled with love and laughter.
Preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife Crecenciana, his brothers Amador and Robert, and his daughter Rachel Ramon, Jesus now joins them in eternal peace.
Jesus is survived by a family that continues to embody his spirit and values. His son, Rene Ramon, and daughter-in-law Esmeralda Ramon, carry forward his legacy of love. He is also survived by his siblings, who were his lifelong companions: brother Daniel Ramon and his wife Tina, brother Richard Ramon and his wife Esmeralda, sister Dalia Beasley and her husband Robby, sister Delia Bustamante and her husband Alex, and sister Diana Sanchez and her husband John.
Jesus was a proud grandfather to his five grandchildren: Jesse Ramon and his wife Aarah, Kathryn Ramos and her husband Jerry, Elizabeth Perez and her partner Sebastian Salinas, Michael Perez, and Max Ramon. His legacy also lives on through his ten great-grandchildren: Brooklyn, Khloe, Kaleb, Bryce, Jeremiah, Nathan, Joziah, Jerry Jr., Anthony, and Marzia, who were each a source of immense joy for him. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who will forever cherish his memory.
A dedicated professional, Jesus dedicated 35 years of his life to Block Distributing, where he worked as a warehouse manager until his retirement in 2006. His colleagues remember him not only for his work ethic but for his quick wit and warm smile, often sharing a joke to lighten the mood and bring joy to those around him.
Jesus had a deep love for sports, especially football and baseball, and could often be found enjoying a game with his favorite drink in hand. He cherished family gatherings and was the heart of every family function. Being a grandfather brought him immense happiness, whether it was taking his grandchildren to the park, spontaneous trips to the store, or sharing Sunday morning breakfasts together. His presence was a constant source of comfort and warmth.
A celebration of Jesus’s life will be held on June 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM at the Guardian Funeral Home, located at 5922 Crosstown Expressway, Corpus Christi, TX 78417. Family and friends are invited to join us in honoring a man whose life was a testament to love, laughter, and kindness.
Though Jesus has left this earthly realm, his spirit will continue to inspire and guide those he leaves behind. His legacy of love and humor will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew him. Rest in peace, dear Jesus, you will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
