Jesse Villa Jr.

June 23, 1968 — October 2, 2026

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jesse Villa Jr., a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, who left this world on October 2, 2026. Born on June 23, 1968, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jesse was the cherished son of Jesse and Yolanda Villa. He was a beacon of strength and joy, leaving an indelible mark on all who crossed his path. Jesse dedicated much of his life to the oilfield industry, where he was known as a jack of all trades. His work ethic and dedication were admired by colleagues and friends alike. However, his true passions lay beyond the professional realm. A die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan, Jesse embraced life with the same fervor he showed his favorite team. Blue and silver ran through his veins, and his enthusiasm for the game was infectious. Jesse was deeply committed to his faith and community, actively participating at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. He served as a member of the Knights of Columbus, a Eucharistic Minister, a Religious Education Instructor, and was involved in various church committees. In 2018, Jesse experienced the men's ACTS retreat, a transformative event that led him to serve on five men's ACTS Team retreats. Recently, he had the honor of becoming a Cursillista, further enriching his spiritual journey. Family was the cornerstone of Jesse's life. He met his beloved Connie in 1983, and together they built a beautiful family, raising six wonderful children: Valerie Villa (John) of San Antonio, TX, Jesse Villa III (Dominique), Christopher Villa (Juana), Ida Villa (Mike), Johnny Villa (Anel), and Andrea Villa (Nate), all residing in Midland, TX. Jesse's legacy continues through his seven grandchildren: Mili Sanchez, Carson Villa, Emilia Villa, Everleigh Villa, Elena Villa, Emma Villa, and Liliana Villa, who brought immense joy to his life. Jesse's warmth and humor were legendary. Known for his tough love, he had a unique way of making everyone feel valued and welcomed. His kindness and generosity touched countless lives, and his ability to lighten any mood with a well-timed joke was a testament to his genuine character. Jesse was predeceased by his grandparents Manuel and Victoria Villa, Santos and Chelo Franco, his father Jesse Villa Sr., his brother Johnny, sister-in-law Zilpa Villa, nephew Patrick Villa, and his in-laws Raymond Olgin and Ida Sanchez. He is survived by his loving spouse Connie, his children, grandchildren, siblings Carol Vasquez (Martin) and Mari Gonzalez (Guadalupe) of Midland, TX, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who held a special place in his heart. Beyond his family and faith, Jesse cherished the simple pleasures in life. He loved a good BBQ surrounded by family and friends, enjoyed a round of golf, and found peace at the lake on his boat. His passion for riding his bike was unmatched, embodying the freedom and zest for life he so fervently embraced. A service to honor Jesse's remarkable life will be held on October 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Lewellen, Garcia, Pipkin Funeral Home, located at 2508 N. Big Spring St. The family extends their deepest gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time. They are comforted by the knowledge of how deeply Jesse was loved by those around him. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests donations be made to a charity of your choice in Jesse's memory. His spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
