Born on July 12, 2020, in Chicago, IL, Jermaine was a radiant soul who touched the lives of everyone he encountered with his boundless joy and infectious laughter. Jermaine was the beloved son of Jermaine and Jasmine, who cherished every moment spent with him. From the moment he entered this world, Jermaine brought immense happiness to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was a child with a heart as big as his smile, always curious and full of wonder, finding joy in the simplest things. Though his time with us was far too short, Jermaine's life was filled with love and adventure. He had a remarkable ability to light up a room with his presence and leave a lasting impression on those around him. His joyful spirit and playful nature brought endless delight to his family, who now hold his memory close to their hearts. A service to honor and celebrate Jermaine's beautiful life will be held on November 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Leaks & Sons Funeral Home, located at 10400 E Pulaski Road, Country Club Hills, IL. Family, friends, and all whose lives Jermaine touched are invited to come together in remembrance of the joy he brought into the world. In lieu of flowers, Jermaine's family kindly requests that donations be made in his memory to a charity of your choice.
