Jerin Lee Kramer

April 14, 1990 — April 4, 2026

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jerin Lee Kramer, who left this world peacefully at his home on April 4, 2026, just shy of his 36th birthday. Born on April 14, 1990, in Kansas City, Missouri, Jerin was the beloved son of the late Jerol Kramer and Vicky Davis. Jerin’s journey through life was as complex and varied as the vibrant Kansas City where he was born. He graduated from Paola High School, where he first showcased his love for sports, gracing the baseball field, football field, and basketball court with his enthusiasm and skill. Though he ventured into various trades throughout his life, carpentry emerged as his most cherished pursuit, where he found a sense of fulfillment and creativity. In November 2013, Jerin married Patty Kramer, and together they welcomed their beloved son, Jedidiah, into the world. Though Jerin and Patty eventually parted ways, they remained united in their love and dedication to Jed, embracing the joys and challenges of co-parenting with grace and mutual respect. Jerin's love for his son was the guiding light of his life, a treasure he held dear above all else. Jerin's path was not without its challenges, but through every high and low, he remained a devoted friend to many, a testament to the warmth and humor that endeared him to those who knew him. He found solace and joy in simple pleasures—cooking, playing video games, and taking long drives. Jerin also cherished moments of spiritual reflection, finding comfort in his faith when surrounded by supportive friends. He is survived by his son, Jedidiah Kramer; former wife, Patty Kramer; siblings, Joshua Kramer, Melissa Sherman, and Jessica Kramer; stepbrothers, Curtis, Ryan, and Tyler Sharp; stepmother, Tracy Kramer; as well as a large, loving extended family of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews who will forever hold him in their hearts. Jerin's life was a tapestry of varied experiences and lessons, a journey marked by both struggle and love. He leaves behind a legacy of resilience and a reminder of the power of unconditional love and forgiveness. As we remember Jerin, we celebrate the joy he brought into the lives of those around him, a testament to his caring spirit and enduring love for his family and friends. A memorial service to honor Jerin’s life will be held on May 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Cross Point. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Jerin's memory directly to the family, to support them as they navigate this profound loss. As we say goodbye, we find comfort in the belief that Jerin is now at peace, reunited with his beloved parents, Jerol and Vicky, and cherished grandmother, Judith Young. May Jerin's soul rest in eternal peace, wrapped in the love and light of those he held dear.
