In Loving Memory

Jeremy Paul Wegner
October 14, 1975 — July 29, 2026
Jeremy Paul Wegner, born on October 14, 1975, in the welcoming town of Port Washington, left this world too soon on July 29, 2026. Jeremy was a man whose life was a testament to kindness, loyalty, and the joy found in the everyday moments. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend, and he will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Jeremy was the cherished son of June (Mielke) Wegner and the late Brian Wegner. His formative years were filled with laughter and adventure alongside his brothers, Bradley and Aaron, and his sisters, Amanda Mueller and Chelsea Mueller. He was a graduate of St. Paul Lutheran School, Port Washington High School, and later, Ohio Technical College. Jeremy's passion for learning was as evident as his love for trivia, where he delighted in showing off his wealth of knowledge.
In 2005, Jeremy married Amanda, the love of his life. Together they built a home filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories. With Amanda, Jeremy found joy in the simple pleasures of life—cooking, dancing, traveling, and sharing endless laughter. Their journey together was a beautiful testament to love and partnership, and their greatest joy was found in raising their three wonderful children: Ashton (and his wife Jenessa), Morgan, and Nathan.
Jeremy's love for his family was unparalleled. He treasured every moment spent with them, whether they were enjoying a family outing to the zoo or cheering on their favorite sports teams. His infectious enthusiasm for music, cars, and sports was only matched by his generous spirit and his desire to help others.
A man of deep integrity, Jeremy was genuine and loyal. His humor and warmth could light up any room, and his smile was a beacon of comfort to those around him. He was someone you could always trust, and his presence was a source of strength and solace.
Jeremy leaves behind a family who adored him: his devoted wife Amanda, his beloved children Ashton, Morgan, and Nathan, his mother June, his brother Aaron, his sisters Amanda and Chelsea, his nieces Bella and Emma, his nephew Carson, and his in-laws Dennis and Shari Creedon. He is also survived by many friends who became family over the years. Jeremy is now reunited with his father Brian, his brother Bradley, and his dear nephew Riley and niece Aubrey.
The family will hold a private ceremony in Jeremy's honor. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Jeremy's memory are encouraged to donate to a charity of their choice, a reflection of his generous spirit.
As a family, we take comfort in the words of Scripture: "And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away." Jeremy's life was a blessing to us all, and his memory will forever remain in our hearts.
