In Loving Memory

Jeremy M. Krin
April 21, 1977 — April 21, 2026
Jeremy M. Krin, a cherished husband, son, and friend, passed away peacefully on his 49th birthday, April 21, 2026, in the loving presence of his family. Despite his valiant battle with Multiple Sclerosis and Dementia, Jeremy's spirit remained undaunted and his heart full of love and laughter. Born on April 21, 1977, in Waterbury, Connecticut, Jeremy was the beloved son of Mark Krin and the late Patricia Krin.
Jeremy was a proud graduate of Oliver Wolcott Technical High School, class of 1995. He also received an Associates Degree in Business Management from Naugatuck Valley Community College. Jeremy was also a proud member of the Thomaston Police Explorers during his teenage years. He worked at Staples for 12 years and found great joy in his work as a driver for Kids Wheels LLC in Bristol, where he was known for his warm demeanor and dedication. His colleagues and the children he drove held him in the highest regard, and he left an indelible mark on all who had the pleasure to know him.
On September 8, 2007, Jeremy married the love of his life, Lisa Ball. Their union was one of deep devotion and unwavering companionship. Together, they created a home filled with laughter, love, and mutual respect. Lisa was Jeremy's rock throughout their marriage and especially during his illness, providing care and support with endless compassion.
Jeremy is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Krin; his father, Mark Krin, and stepmother, Suzanne Krin; his stepfather, Robert Gross (who he lived with during his remaining years); and his stepsister, Carly Zambiella-Flaherty. His Aunt Karen Falcone helped immensely during his sickness to decipher all doctor's orders and comments. He is also remembered with love by his extended family (10 aunts & uncles and 10 cousins) and friends, whose lives he touched with his kindness and generosity.
Preceding him in death were his beloved mother, Patricia Krin, and stepsister, Louise Zambiella-Tate, who Jeremy spoke of often with fondness and gratitude for their guidance and love throughout his life.
A member of Thrive Church, Jeremy found solace and community within its embrace. He was active in the church’s activities and often shared his spiritual journey with others. Jeremy also enjoyed participating in Zumba classes with friends at various local venues, where his buoyant spirit and infectious laughter brought joy to all who danced alongside him.
A celebration of Jeremy’s life will be held at Thrive Church, located at 284 Town Hill Rd, Terryville, CT 06786. The service will provide an opportunity for family and friends to gather in remembrance of a life well-lived and a man well-loved. Jeremy’s legacy of love, resilience, and kindness will live on in the hearts of those who knew him, and his memory will forever be a blessing.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Jeremy's memory to organizations supporting Multiple Sclerosis and Dementia research, reflecting his courageous battle against these challenging illnesses.
