Jennie I. Sanchez, a cherished and beloved soul, passed away unexpectedly on October 4, 2026. Born on August 21, 1960, in Socorro, New Mexico, Jennie's life was a radiant testament to kindness, joy, and devotion, leaving behind an indelible mark on all who had the privilege to know her. Jennie was preceded in death by her adored parents, Vita and Johnny Sanchez, and her beloved brothers, Al and Lee Sanchez. She carried the memory of her family with her through every step of her life, embodying their spirit in all she did. Left to cherish her memory are her devoted sister, Dee Sanchez, her treasured niece and nephew, Alana Sanchez and GaryLee Garcia, whom she affectionately called "Leeks," and her dear great-nephew, Ronnie Chavez. A very loved and special sister in law Anna Sanchez. Jennie was the favorite daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, niece, and friend; she was a favorite person to all that had the pleasure of knowing her. For over 40 years, Jennie dedicated her career to Stetson Law Offices, PC, where her colleagues became a second family. Her unwavering commitment and care for her work were evident to all who crossed her path, making her a treasured member of her professional community. Jennie was a longtime member of Queen of Heaven Church, where her faith was a guiding light in her life. Her personal passions for dancing and singing brought joy not only to herself but to everyone around her. Those who had the pleasure of witnessing her dance or hearing her sing would wholeheartedly agree; she was truly gifted in both. Her kindness and generosity knew no bounds. Jennie's warm heart and open spirit left a legacy of love and compassion that will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. A celebration of Jennie's life will be held on October 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM at French. "Jennie will be missed beyond words and remembered every day. We know that Mom was the first to welcome her to her true home, to be with our Lord Jesus Christ and her loving family."
