Jeffrey Wayne Crawford, a beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully at his home on May 29, 2026, after a courageous battle with Multiple System Atrophy. Born on July 8, 1969, in Tylertown, Mississippi, Jeffrey was the cherished son of the late Haywood and Ethel Crawford. He is predeceased by his parents, his brother Joe, and sisters Elaine and Diane, who now embrace him in eternal peace. Jeffrey's journey was one of love, laughter, and resilience. He leaves behind his adored wife, Monique, with whom he shared a beautiful marriage of 13 years, after a partnership that spanned over a decade. Their union was a testament to enduring love and partnership, raising four wonderful children together. Jeffrey is survived by his son, Miles, daughter, Morgan, and his beloved bonus daughters, Alexandria and Lauren, all of whom he cherished deeply. A proud graduate of West Marion High School, Class of 1987, Jeffrey went on to pursue his passion for technology at Chicago State University, where he studied Information Technology. His career in the IT industry was marked by excellence and dedication. Jeffrey held various esteemed positions, including Vice President, Director of IT, and IT Project Manager, where his leadership and vision made a lasting impact. Beyond his professional life, Jeffrey was an active member of the Eastern Star Church community, where his faith and dedication inspired those around him. An avid golfer, Jeffrey found joy on the greens, where he cherished time spent with friends and family, always ready with a quick wit and warm smile to lighten the load and make everyone feel at ease. It was his kindness and genuine spirit that touched countless lives, leaving a legacy of love and laughter that will be remembered by all who knew him. The family invites you to join them in celebrating Jeffrey's life at a service to be held in Indianapolis, Indiana, at a location to be chosen by Monique. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Stop MSA in Jeffrey's honor, to support others who face this challenging disease. Jeffrey's life was a tapestry of love, humor, and integrity.
