Jeffrey Rosen
September 29, 1955 — July 16, 2026
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jeffrey Rosen, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Jeffrey departed this world on July 16, 2026, at the age of 70, surrounded by the love of his family, after a courageous battle with dementia and the challenges of declining health from a recent fall. He peacefully left this life at his home, a place filled with warmth and love, in the presence of those who meant the most to him.
Born on September 29, 1955, in St. Louis, Missouri, Jeffrey was the beloved son of Joseph and Lila Rosen, who predeceased him. From an early age, Jeffrey exhibited a zest for life and a deep appreciation for those around him. He graduated from Pattonville High School in 1973, where he forged lifelong friendships and discovered his passion for riding motorcycles.
Jeffrey's heart was captured by Deborah, his loving wife of 45 years. Together, they built a life steeped in love and mutual respect, creating countless cherished memories. Their union was blessed with a daughter, Heather Branon, who, alongside her husband Chris, provided Jeffrey with immense joy and pride. He was a devoted grandfather to three grandchildren, who were the light of his life and the source of endless stories and laughter.
A man of diverse interests, Jeffrey found solace and freedom on the open road atop his cherished Harley Davidson. The wind in his hair and the hum of the engine beneath him provided moments of tranquility and reflection. His love for riding was more than a hobby; it was a testament to his free spirit and his desire to embrace life fully.
Jeffrey's legacy will be celebrated at a service held at Newcomer, where family and friends will gather to honor a man who touched so many lives with his kindness, humor, and unwavering support. Although there will be no livestream of the service, the family welcomes all who knew Jeffrey to join them in paying tribute to his remarkable life.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to Hospice, an organization that provided compassionate care and support to Jeffrey and his family during his final days. Your generosity in his memory will be deeply appreciated and will continue to support those in need.
Though Jeffrey's physical presence is no longer with us, his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and resilience that will continue to inspire and guide his family for generations to come.
