Born on April 19, 1967, in Philadelphia, PA, Jeffrey's journey through life was marked by love, commitment, and a steadfast dedication to family and community. Jeffrey was the beloved son of Jack and Pat Hart, who nurtured his innate curiosity and strength of character from an early age. He was a proud graduate of Gateway Regional High School, where he formed lifelong friendships and discovered his passion for technology. This passion led him to Trenton State College, now known as The College of New Jersey, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems in 1989. A man of deep compassion and unwavering perseverance, Jeffrey touched many lives through his kindness and generosity. His professional journey was marked by integrity and innovation, and he was admired by colleagues and friends alike for his visionary contributions and steadfast commitment to excellence. Jeffrey's life was enriched by the love of two remarkable women. He was married to his devoted wife, Michelle Stephany Lozano, on June 16, 2022. Their union was a testament to the enduring power of love and partnership. He is also survived by his ex-wife, Barbara Wilson-Hart, a valued friend and mother to their two beloved children, Morgan Hart and Wilson Hart. Jeffrey's legacy of love and wisdom will continue to guide and inspire his children, who were his pride and joy. In addition to his immediate family, Jeffrey is survived by his loving parents, Jack and Pat Hart, and his sister, Kathleen Hart, who shared in the joys and challenges of his life with unwavering support and affection. He is predeceased by cherished family members Ernest Bermender, Clarence (Dick) Hart, Ruth Hart, and Marion Bermender, who undoubtedly welcomed him with open arms into the realm of eternal peace. A celebration of Jeffrey's life and the indelible impact he made on those around him will be held on March 21, 2026, at Barclay Funeral Home, located at 208 Maple Street, Clayton, NJ 08312. Family, friends, and all those whose lives were touched by Jeffrey are invited to gather in remembrance and gratitude for the precious moments shared. The Hart family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the medical staff at Cooper University Hospital Cape Regional, the expert staff at Cooper Trauma Center, and the TICU Unit, along with the compassionate members of the New Jersey Sharing Network, for their exceptional care and support during Jeffrey's final days. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Jeffrey's honor to a charity of your choice, as a reflection of his generous spirit and commitment to making the world a better place.
