Born on January 18, 1974, in West Palm Beach Florida, Jeffery was the cherished son of the late Betty and Robert Neil. He now joins his parents in eternal peace. Jeffery was a spirited and compassionate man whose life was a testament to resilience and love. He faced the challenges of epilepsy with courage and grace, and his journey was an inspiration to all who knew him. He was a gifted carpenter, a passion he pursued until his diagnosis led him down a different path. Through his work, Jeffery built more than just structures; he built a legacy of dedication and craftsmanship that will endure in the hearts of those he touched. A graduate of John I. Leonard, Jeffery carried his love for learning throughout his life. He was an active member of the Lyndal Street Presbyterian Church, where he found solace, community, and a place to share his generous spirit. His faith was a guiding light, providing him strength and comfort in times of need. In 2003 Jeffery married the love of his life, Carrie Grandey. Together, they built a beautiful family, raising three children—Brian, Brittany, and Breanna Neil—each of whom carries forward their father's warmth and resilience. Jeffery's love for his family knew no bounds, and his greatest joy was found in their laughter and achievements. A service to celebrate Jeffery's life will be held on August 28, 2026, at 4:30 PM at the Decarbo Funeral Home. Friends and family are invited to gather and share in the memories of a life well-lived and a love well-shared.
