Jefferey was born on January 5, 1989, in the vibrant city of San Francisco, California, to his devoted parents, Danny and Lauryn Knight, who cherished him deeply.
Jefferey was a beacon of intelligence and ambition from an early age. His academic journey was marked by remarkable achievements, as he graduated high school a year early and went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree. These accomplishments laid the foundation for his lifelong commitment to education and mentoring. Jefferey dedicated his professional life to uplifting young men in the Bay View district and throughout the Bay Area, striving tirelessly to motivate and inspire them to remain in school and pursue their dreams.
In his personal life, Jefferey was a man of unwavering faith and deep compassion. His love for the church and his mission to spread the gospel to the youth were at the core of his being. Jefferey’s spirit was marked by his charming humor, boundless joy, and thoughtful nature. He possessed a rare gift for making everyone feel seen and valued, qualities that endeared him to so many.
Jefferey was the cherished husband of Christina Knight, with whom he shared a bond of love and partnership. Together, they raised a beautiful daughter, Tiffany Knight, who was the light of his life. Jefferey’s family was the cornerstone of his existence, and he cherished every moment spent with them. His siblings, Dionna, Sabrina, Terri, Jake, Taylor, and Mare, along with his many cousins and close friends, including his dear friend from high school days, Dej Johnson, will forever hold his memory in their hearts.
A private funeral ceremony will honor Jefferey’s life, allowing his family to bid farewell in an intimate setting. During this time of profound loss, the Knight family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered their kind words, prayers, and support.
Jefferey’s legacy of kindness, mentorship, and unwavering faith will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know him. Though he has departed from this earthly realm, his spirit will remain a guiding light for his family, friends, and the many lives he touched.
