Jeff Driskell

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Jeff Driskell, a beloved son, brother, and friend, who left this world on September 21, 2025, at the age of 48. Jeff was born on February 28, 1977 to Jerry and Barbara Driskell. He graduated from Benton High School in 1995 and The University of New Orleans in 1999. Jeff was a lifelong explorer and travelled extensively. He was also a gifted musician. Of Jeff’s immediate family, his mother, Barbara Driskell, survives him along with his sister Angie Hansen of Hilliard, Ohio and his brother Brian Driskell of Lovettsville, Virginia. Jeff’s father, Jerry Driskell, passed away in 2009. In his journey through life, Jeff touched the lives of countless individuals. His legacy will live on through the memories he created with friends and family. A service to celebrate Jeff's life will be held on March 27, 2026, at 11:30 AM at St. Jude’s Catholic Church located at 4700 Palmetto Road, Benton, LA. This gathering will be an opportunity for all who loved Jeff to pay their respects and share in the remembrance of his life. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Jeff's name to a charity of your choice. May Jeff rest in eternal peace, forever remembered and deeply missed.
