Jean A. Kundtz

Jean A. Kundtz, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2026, with her devoted daughter by her side. Jean was born on December 17, 1952, in Cleveland, Ohio, and lived a life full of warmth, kindness, and an unwavering spirit that touched all who knew her. Jean's career was spent in retail sales, where she was known for her dedication and a smile that could light up any room. Her presence was a comforting beacon to both colleagues and customers. Outside of her work, Jean enjoyed life's simple pleasures. She was an avid shopper, always on the hunt for that perfect find. She loved going for walks, breathing in the fresh air, and enjoying the beauty of nature. Bingo nights were a favorite pastime, filled with laughter and camaraderie. Jean was also a devoted fan of "Wheel of Fortune," never missing an episode, and she found great joy in watching her favorite movies, "Gone With The Wind" and "The Notebook.” Jean's family was the center of her world. She is survived by her cherished daughter, Laura Andrusk. Jean was a proud grandmother to four grandchildren: Jasmine Whetstone, Jordan Andrusk Jr., Bailey Andrusk, and Alexis Andrusk. She also had the joy of being a great-grandmother to Grayson Andrusk, whose presence brought her immense happiness. Her family will forever remember her beautiful smile and the love that radiated from her every day. In their hearts, she will remain a guiding light and a source of inspiration. A Celebration of Life service will be held on October 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Highland Heights Community Center, located at 5827 Highland Rd., Highland Heights, OH 44143. Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of Jean's life and the joy she brought to those around her. The family extends their deepest gratitude to Reserve Care Hospice for their compassionate care during Jean's final days. They also wish to thank the friends and family who provided unwavering support and love during this difficult time. In honor of Jean's memory, the family suggests donations be made to a cancer research organization of your choice. May her legacy of love and kindness continue to inspire all who knew her.
