Jaylon left us too soon on March 28, 2021, at the tender age of 21, after a courageous battle with addiction. His journey, though short, was filled with moments of laughter, love, and resilience, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew him. Jaylon was a beacon of humor and strength, traits that endeared him to family and friends alike. His infectious laughter could brighten any room, while his unwavering strength served as a reminder of his determination to overcome life's challenges. Though his battle with addiction was a difficult road, Jaylon faced it with the heart of a warrior, never losing his sense of humor or hope. He spent much of his time in nature, finding solace and joy in the simple pleasures of fishing and hunting. These hobbies were not merely pastimes for Jaylon; they were a testament to his appreciation for the beauty and tranquility of the natural world. Whether casting a line into the serene waters or patiently waiting in the quiet of the woods, Jaylon found peace in these moments, connecting deeply with the world around him. Jaylon was working diligently toward obtaining his GED, a goal that demonstrated his dedication and desire to build a bright future for himself. His commitment to his education was just one example of his enduring spirit and determination to achieve his dreams. He is lovingly remembered by his little sister, Madelyn Stalnaker, who was not only his sibling but also his confidante and cherished friend. Jaylon's bond with Madelyn was unbreakable, defined by shared memories and unconditional love. Together, they navigated the joys and challenges of life, supporting one another through thick and thin. Jaylon is predeceased by his beloved nephew, Greyson Stalnaker, whose memory he carried with him always. He is also survived by his cherished grandmother, Victoria Ponderosa, whose wisdom and love guided him throughout his life. A private service will be held for family and close friends to honor Jaylon's life and legacy.
