It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Jayden, who left this world far too soon on October 20, 2026. Born on May 22, 2010, in Goldsboro, NC, Jayden was a beacon of light and love to all who knew him. Jayden's life, though brief, was filled with a vibrancy and passion that touched the hearts of many. His love for anime was infectious, and he could often be found sharing his favorite shows and characters with friends and family. Jayden also had a remarkable talent for working on cars, always eager to learn and lend a hand with a smile. But above all, Jayden cherished his family, finding joy and comfort in their company. Jayden is lovingly survived by his father, Varshan Hood, who stands as a testament to the strength and love they shared. Jayden was preceded in death by his dear mother, Kathryn Miller, who he now joins in eternal peace. A service to celebrate Jayden's life will be held on November 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM at S. Connor Funeral Home, located at 83 Circle Drive, Snow Hill, NC 28580. For those who are unable to attend in person, a livestream of the service will be available on Facebook. Jayden's family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported them during this difficult time. In particular, they wish to acknowledge the generous contributions that made this celebration of Jayden's life possible.
