Jasmine's journey began in the heart of New York City, where she was raised with an abundance of love and encouragement from her devoted mother, Iran Hernandez, and her supportive stepdad, Jose Hernandez. She was cherished deeply by her grandparents, Jose and Carlita Lopez, who were proud of the compassionate and driven young woman she grew to be. Jasmine's spirit will forever be remembered by her siblings, numerous cousins, and friends who were like family. A proud graduate of Clara Barton High School, Jasmine was known for her bright smile and an innate ability to lift the spirits of those around her. She pursued her higher education at Inver Grove Hills College, where she continued to cultivate her love for learning and develop her passion for making a positive impact in the world. Her dedication to her studies and her kind heart left a lasting impression on all who knew her. Jasmine's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with threads of kindness, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to bettering the lives of others. Whether participating in community service or offering a listening ear, Jasmine was a beacon of hope and warmth. Her passing leaves a void that can never be filled, but her legacy lives on through the countless lives she touched. Though we mourn her loss, we also celebrate the extraordinary life she led and the love she so freely gave. In accordance with the family's wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Jasmine's life and memory. While she is no longer with us in body, her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.
