Jasmine Cooper
November 19, 2006 — March 11, 2026
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Jasmine Cooper, who left this world on March 11, 2026, at the tender age of 19. Jasmine was born on November 19, 2006, in the serene town of Fairbanks, Alaska, where she inherited a love for the great outdoors — a passion that defined her life and brought joy to those around her.
Jasmine was a spirited young woman, known for her vivacious love of fishing, hunting, camping, and any endeavor that allowed her to bask in the beauty of nature. Her adventurous spirit was only matched by her warmth and generosity, traits she shared liberally with her friends and family. Jasmine had a way of lighting up any room she entered, infusing it with laughter and love.
A dedicated and driven individual, Jasmine was working diligently toward her dream of becoming a dental hygienist. Her commitment to her studies and her future career was a testament to her strong work ethic and her desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Jasmine's journey on Earth was marked by deep familial bonds and enduring friendships. She was the cherished daughter of Joe Cooper and the late Gwen Leivdal, who predeceased her and whom Jasmine missed dearly. She was also predeceased by her grandfather, Walter, who undoubtedly welcomed her into the next life with open arms. She is survived by her loving family and a wide circle of friends who will forever hold her memory close in their hearts.
A celebration of Jasmine's life will be held on June 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the Delta Christian Center, located at 45414 Jack Warren Road. The service will be an opportunity for all who knew and loved Jasmine to gather, share stories, and celebrate the beautiful legacy she leaves behind. The family extends their deepest gratitude to everyone who has offered their support, love, and compassion during this difficult time. They wish to remind everyone that although Jasmine is no longer with us in person, she will always be here in spirit, guiding and watching over us.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jasmine's name to a charity of your choice that supports young women pursuing careers in healthcare, a cause Jasmine was deeply passionate about.
Jasmine Cooper will be remembered as a beacon of light and love, whose time with us was far too brief but whose impact will be felt for generations to come. May her spirit find peace and her memory be eternal.
