In loving memory, we celebrate the life of Jasmine Amina Landry, who graced this world on March 31, 2004, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Jasmine departed this life on October 5, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, love, and cherished memories. Jasmine was the beloved daughter of the late Katina Marie Landry and is predeceased by her dear family members Bernice Young and Billie Marie Gray. She is survived by her devoted grandparents, Gloria Jean Landry, and her caring aunt, Kimberly Marie Landry. Jasmine shared an unbreakable bond with her siblings, Darius Pierre Landry, Michon Latrice Landry, and Jordan Demond Landry. Her pride and joy, her daughter Jamaya Marie Landry, will continue to carry forward her spirit. Jasmine's life was enriched by her first cousin, Ta'shayla Trahan, and a host of other family members and friends who adored her dearly. Jasmine worked at Market Basket in Lake Charles, LA, where she was known not only for her dedication but also for her ability to bring smiles to the faces of her colleagues and customers alike. Her vivacious personality and infectious laughter were a source of joy and comfort to all who knew her. Jasmine found immense happiness in raising her daughter, Jamaya, and was an extraordinary mother who instilled love and kindness in every moment they shared. The family will honor Jasmine's life with a service on October 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM, at Serenity Farewell, located at 112 E Franklin St, Natchez, MS 39120. Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of Jasmine’s life, to share stories, and to find solace in the community she cultivated with her warmth and humor. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jasmine's memory to a charity close to her heart, supporting young children and mothers. Jasmine Amina Landry's light will continue to shine through those who loved her, and she will forever be remembered for the joy and laughter she brought into the world. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
