It is with heavy hearts that we announce the untimely passing of Jaroe J Perry, affectionately known to many as Jah or Bless, who departed this world on September 29, 2026. Born on October 30, 1984, in Brooklyn, NY, Jaroe was a beloved husband, father, son, and friend who touched the lives of many with his warmth and strength. Jaroe was the cherished son of Shirley A Perry and the late Joseph Williams. He joins in eternal rest his grandparents, William Smith, Shirley Glasper, John, and Ethel Williams, as well as his uncles Ron, Larry, and Richard, who predeceased him. Jaroe's legacy lives on through his devoted wife, Michelle Pierre Perry, whom he married on May 30, 2025. Together, they shared a vision of a beautiful life, dreaming of days spent in Trinidad, filled with love and happiness. He is also survived by his children, King-Joseph Perry, Samiyya Kelly, and Damonte Griggs, who were the light of his life and a testament to his enduring love and commitment to family. As the owner of J&J Abatement, Jaroe was a respected professional known for his integrity and dedication. His strong belief system and protective nature made him a dominant male figure and a caring protector over all he held dear. Family was everything to Jah; the happiest days of his life were when he embraced the roles of father and husband, roles he cherished deeply. Jaroe's insightful nature and grounded beliefs made him a beacon of wisdom and strength for those fortunate enough to know him. His presence was a blessing to his family and friends, and his memory will forever remain a guiding light in their lives. A memorial service to honor and celebrate Jaroe's life will be held on October 18, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the Guarino Funeral Home of Canarsie, located at 9222 Flatlands Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11236. Friends and family are invited to gather and share in the remembrance of a remarkable man who left an indelible mark on all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of their choice, in memory of Jaroe J Perry's compassionate spirit and generous heart. Jaroe will be remembered for his unwavering love, strength, and the beautiful dreams he shared with those he loved. May he rest in peace, eternally embraced by the love of his family and friends.
