In Loving Memory of Jaree Johnson It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Jaree Johnson, who was called home by the Lord on April 27, 2026. Jaree graced this world on January 8, 2024, in Rockymount, North Carolina, where he brought immense joy and love to those fortunate enough to know him. In his brief time with us, Jaree’s presence was a beacon of light, warmth, and inspiration. Jaree was welcomed into this world by his devoted parents, Dustin and Keyona Johnson, who cherished every moment with their precious son. Their love and guidance shaped Jaree into a resilient soul, admired for his strength and courage in the face of adversity. Though his time with us was far too short, Jaree made an indelible mark on the hearts of his family, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Preceding him in death are his devoted parents, Dustin and Keyona, and his beloved siblings, Dustin Jr. and Alize Johnson. Jaree is also mourned by a host of cousins who shared in the joy of his life and will forever hold his memory close. Jaree's journey, though brief, was one filled with love, laughter, and an unyielding spirit. He fought a hard fight until the Lord called him home, and throughout his journey, his strength was a testament to the power of love and faith. His courage and resilience serve as an enduring inspiration to all who knew him. To honor and celebrate the life of our dear Jaree, a service will be held on May 7, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Greater Joy, located at 234 Nashville Rd. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Jaree are invited to join in a celebration of his life and the beautiful memories he leaves behind. As we bid farewell to our beloved Jaree, we find comfort in knowing that he is now at peace, embraced by the love of his family who have gone before him. Though our hearts ache with his absence, we are eternally grateful for the time we shared and the love we will carry forward in his honor. In remembrance of Jaree, let us continue to cherish each moment, hold our loved ones close, and live with the same courage and love that Jaree exemplified every day of his life.
