Janice Saicharoen, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and dedicated educator, peacefully entered eternal rest on August 23, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on February 10, 1972, in Santa Ana, California, Janice was a beacon of love and resilience to all who knew her. Janice grew up in a loving home, raised by her parents, John and Mary Saicharoen, who predeceased her and instilled in her the values of kindness, perseverance, and compassion. These values guided her throughout her life as she poured her heart into everything she did. On May 25, 1990, Janice married her soulmate, Carlos Saicharoen. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and warmth, raising their two cherished children, Stoney and Alexis. Janice was not only a devoted mother but also a proud grandmother to six beautiful grandchildren and a great-grandmother to ten wonderful great-grandchildren. Her family was her pride and joy, and she dedicated her life to nurturing and supporting them. Janice's career as a librarian at Lincoln Middle School spanned over 30 years, where she touched the lives of countless students and colleagues. Her passion for knowledge and her commitment to education left an indelible mark on the community. She was known for her ability to inspire young minds, fostering a love for reading and learning that extended far beyond the walls of the library. Janice's life will be celebrated on August 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Rock Church, located at 2277 Rosecrans St, San Diego, CA 92106, United States. Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of a woman whose love and light will forever be cherished.
