Born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Jane was the beloved daughter of Joseph and Beatrice McGuigan. She has now joined them and her cherished husband, Donald Englehart, in eternal rest. Jane's life was a testament to love, kindness, and dedication. She was a devoted sister to her brother, Joseph, and a beloved aunt to her numerous nieces and nephews. Her family was her pride and joy, and they will forever remember her warmth, wit, and wisdom. Jane spent many years as a telephone operator for Bell Telephone in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Her work was not just a job but a service she carried out with diligence and grace. She was known for her cheerful voice on the line and her unwavering commitment to her colleagues and community. She was an avid New York Yankee fan, The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Ideal Senior Living Facility in Endicott, New York, for their compassion and dedication in caring for Jane. Their support during her final days provided immense comfort to Jane and her loved ones. A private graveside service to honor Jane's life will be held at Riverhurst Cemetary in Endicott NY.
