It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jamie Craft, who left this world on August 27, 2026, at the tender age of 70 Born on June 3, 1953 in Memphis, Tennessee, Jamie graced the lives of all who knew them with kindness, compassion, and an unwavering spirit. Jamie was the cherished child of Will and Ella Craft, who raised them with love and devotion. Throughout their life, Jamie held a special bond with their family, always finding joy and solace in their company. They were a proud and doting grandparent to Jennice Craft, Latonya Craft, and Willy Craft Jr., who brought immense happiness into Jamie's life. Though Jamie's time with us was brief, their impact was profound. They approached life with a sense of adventure and a heart full of empathy, touching the lives of many. Jamie's laughter and warmth will be dearly missed, but their memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew them. A service to honor and celebrate Jamie's life will be held on September 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM at MJ Funeral Home, located at 1165 Airways Blvd. Family and friends are invited to gather and share in remembering Jamie's remarkable journey. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Research Association, reflecting Jamie's commitment to making a difference in the world. This organization is dedicated to advancing research in memory of those we have loved and lost.
