Born on April 17, 1960, in Cleveland, Ohio, James was the cherished son of Sharon Whitlow and James Davis, and was raised with the guidance and love of his stepfather, James Whitlow. Jim is survived by his devoted wife, Donna Whitlow, who stood by his side through life's every adventure or challenge. Together, they created a family that was the center of Jim's world. He was a proud father to Nicole and Bill Grant, and James and Kristen Whitlow, who carry forward his legacy of love and laughter. His greatest joy came from being a doting grandfather to Bryce and Lucas, with whom he cherished every moment. Jim is also lovingly remembered by his siblings, Kathy and Don Owens, Joyce Culmer, and Stephanie Whitlow, who shared countless memories and familial bonds that time could never diminish. Jim was a wrestling enthusiast, often sharing his passion for the sport with his son Jimmy. He was a true music guru, with an ear for melodies that could lift spirits and bring people together. An animal lover at heart, Jim shared a special bond with his loyal dogs, Hannah and Holly, who never left his side. Those who knew Jim will fondly remember his big bear hugs and warm smile that could light up the darkest of days.
