February 4, 2002 — July 11, 2019

James Dawson, a beacon of kindness and intellect, was born on February 4, 2002, in the charming landscapes of England. He peacefully concluded his courageous battle with lung cancer on July 11, 2019, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and wisdom that will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him. James was the beloved son of John and Mary Dawson, who nurtured his inquisitive mind and compassionate spirit. He was preceded in death by his dear brother Samuel, whose memory he cherished deeply throughout his life. A scholar at heart, James pursued higher education with vigor and dedication, earning a master's degree in business and law from Lincoln Hall University. His academic pursuits laid a solid foundation for a distinguished career as a financial lawyer, during which he authored two insightful books on law and psychology. These literary contributions are a testament to his profound understanding of the human condition and the intricacies of the legal world. James also served his country with distinction as a commander for four years, demonstrating leadership and resilience. His service was characterized by a deep commitment to duty and an unwavering sense of responsibility. Outside of his professional achievements, James was a man of rich personal interests. He found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was immersing himself in the pages of a good book or losing himself in the timeless melodies of classical music. Above all, he cherished the love of his life, his devoted wife, and their two sons, who were the center of his universe. Those who knew James will fondly remember him for his kind, warm, and friendly nature. His presence was a source of comfort and joy, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. A memorial service to honor James's extraordinary life will be held on November 1, 2026, at 18:24, at St Mary’s Church, located at 123 N City. Family, friends, and all whose lives he touched are invited to celebrate his life and legacy. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in James's memory. This gesture would honor his generous spirit and the kindness he extended to all during his lifetime. James Dawson will be dearly missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those he loved and those who loved him.

In lieu of flowers, the family of James Dawson welcomes donations to a charity, nonprofit, church, or organization of your choosing.
