James Allen Sellers

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of James Allen Sellers who left this world on August 21, 2026. Born on May 15, 1967, in Pensacola, Florida, James was the cherished son of Robert Allen Sellers and the late Eleanor Powell Sellers James was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Angelica Sellers and a brother to Robert Allen Sellers Jr. Mother-in-law Faith Jenkins Brother-in-law Thomas Jenkins his wife Mel and two beautiful nieces and one amazing nephew. Sister-in-law Laurie Jenkins Davis. His family was the cornerstone of his life, and he was a source of joy and strength to all who knew him. Although he had no grandchildren or great-grandchildren, his legacy of kindness and service extended far beyond his immediate family. After graduating from Escambia High School, James answered the call of duty by joining the United States Air Force at the age of 18. He dedicated many years to serving his country with honor and integrity, forming a career that he carried with pride. After retiring from active service, James continued to contribute to the Air Force as an independent contractor, a role he embraced until his passing. James was a man of deep compassion and unwavering loyalty. His gentle spirit and resolute dedication to both his family and his work remain an inspiration to all who knew him. He was known for his quick wit, his love of laughter, and his unwavering commitment to those he loved. In honor of James's life and his commitment to service, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project based in Jacksonville, Florida. This organization reflects James's dedication to supporting those who have served in the armed forces. A private funeral ceremony will be held for the family to celebrate the life of this remarkable man. Though he is no longer with us, James's spirit will live on in the hearts of his loved ones and all those whose lives he touched. May James Allen Sellers rest in eternal peace, his life remembered with gratitude and love by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
