Throughout his life, he remained a beacon of these virtues, touching the lives of everyone he encountered. A devoted husband, James shared 27 wonderful years with his beloved wife, Robbin. Together, they nurtured a home filled with laughter, love, and an endless curiosity about the world. As a father, James was immensely proud of his children, Jarmol Roundtree and Renee'. He welcomed Tony into the family with open arms, embracing him as a cherished son-in-law. To his six grandchildren—Janyra, Malik, Matisse, Jamaal, Hayaa, and Kamorah Renee'—he was affectionately known as “Papa James.” His presence was a guiding light, offering stories, wisdom, and encouragement that will be cherished for generations.
