June 27, 2026 — July 1, 2026

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of our cherished angel, Jaliyah Mann, who graced our world for a brief but profoundly impactful four days. Born on June 27, 2026, in the vibrant city of New York, Jaliyah was a precious gift to her loving parents, Djinni and Juaquin. Despite her brief time with us, Jaliyah touched our lives with her unwavering spirit and strength as she fought valiantly against heart defects until her peaceful passing on July 1, 2026. In her short journey, Jaliyah became a beacon of love and resilience for her family, who surrounded her with endless affection and hope. Her presence, though fleeting, left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew her. Jaliyah's courage and the purity of her spirit brought together a very big family from both sides, uniting them in love and shared memories that will be cherished forever. Though her time here was brief, Jaliyah's legacy is one of love, strength, and the reminder of how precious life truly is. Her story is now woven into the rich tapestry of her family’s history, a poignant testament to the beauty and fragility of life. A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Jaliyah's memory, allowing her family to gather in intimate reflection and celebrate the joy she brought into their lives, albeit for far too short a time. The family extends their deepest gratitude to the medical professionals who provided Jaliyah with compassionate care during her battle. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Jaliyah's honor to organizations dedicated to heart defect research and support, as a way to continue the fight she so bravely faced. Jaliyah Mann, in her four days, taught us the true meaning of love and the strength found in unity. She will forever be remembered and cherished in the hearts of those who loved her. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
