JACQULINE LEE ROBINSON

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jacquline Lee Robinson, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who left this world on August 10, 2026. Born on July 22, 1956, in Canton, Ohio, Jackee, as she was affectionately known, was a beacon of love and light in the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know her. Jackee was the cherished daughter of the late Willie May Carlton and Robert Carlton and was predeceased by her brothers Willie Laury, Jerry Laury, Timothy Carlton, Jimmie Carlton, and Robert Carlton Jr. She is survived by her devoted sisters, JoAnn Laury and Darlene Carlton; her loving daughters, Latrevia Pannell and La’Tasha Singleton; and her adoring grandchildren: Christina Robinson, Chrystal Davis, Chavaz Carlton, Shonte Carlton, and eight others, including her five younger grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Jackee's family was her world, and her legacy of love will forever be cherished by her extensive family. Educated at McKinney High School, Jackee dedicated her life to hard work and service. She spent five meaningful years working at Canton Regency, along with numerous other positions throughout her life, mastering various trades and continually expanding her skills. Her career was a testament to her unwavering work ethic and determination. A devout and active member of Shiloh Baptist Church for over 20 years, Jackee's faith was a cornerstone of her life. She was known for her generous spirit, always willing to help others, and for her radiant smile that could brighten anyone's day. Her quick wit and humor made her a beloved friend to many, and her home was a sanctuary of warmth and laughter. Jackee's passion for softball was well-known—her love for the game was matched only by her love for her family. She was a dedicated caretaker not only to her children but also to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, for whom she provided endless love and guidance. Her kindness, compassion, and the ability to make everyone feel welcome will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. A service to honor Jackee's life will be held on August 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church located at 700 Market Ave S, Canton, OH 44702. Her family extends a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has offered their support and condolences during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Jackee's memory to a charity of your choice, reflecting her generous spirit and love for giving. In the words of her family, "Quilted Family, you are the thread God sent to intertwine our fabric; we are a part of your legacy. Your wisdom is sewn in us. Every laugh became food for our souls. You made your home a place where all of us were welcomed. We will always remember your love threads; they will never tear. He knitted you; He knew your assignment. Love and miss you." Jackee's legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will continue to inspire and guide us all. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished in our hearts.
