Jacqueline Paul, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion that touched everyone who had the privilege to know her. Born on September 4 1947, in the vibrant city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she was the cherished daughter of Stanley Paul and Hazel Springfield. Her heart was as generous as her spirit was vibrant, and she spent her life giving love and care to those around her.
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her dear sister, Evelyn Paul, and her brother, Stanley Paul Jr., and her eldest son Keith Edward Morris whose memories she held close throughout her life. She is survived by her devoted children: her son Stanley Paul, 59, and her daughters Tamika Lowry, 56, and Lanik McIntire, 52. Her legacy of love continues through her six grandchildren and one great-grandchild, who she adored deeply.
Education was an important aspect of Jacqueline's life. She pursued her passion for fashion at the Clarissa School of Fashion Design from 1977 to 1978 and furthered her education at CCAC Allegheny Campus in 1982. Her love for learning never waned, as she later became a Certified Nursing Assistant, combining her nurturing spirit with professional skill.
Jacqueline's career was as varied as it was fulfilling. She began her professional journey as a seamstress in Phoenix, Arizona, a testament to her creative talents. Her pursuit of beauty led her to the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy, where she graduated as a nail technician. Jacqueline's caring nature found its true calling in her work at Lemington Nursing Home and UPMC Heritage Nursing Home, where she brought comfort and joy to countless lives before retiring at the age of 66.
Her free time was spent indulging in her love for music, dancing, and reading books. Jacqueline's home was often filled with the sound of laughter and melody, a reflection of her joyful spirit. Her generosity and kindness knew no bounds; she was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, embodying the true essence of compassion.
Her family lovingly shares, "Always my Mother and Forever my friend, you may be gone from my sight but never from my heart." This sentiment captures the deep bond Jacqueline shared with her family, a bond that time and distance can never erase.
In honor of Jacqueline's memory, the family suggests donations be made to a charity of your choice, celebrating her life by continuing her legacy of kindness and generosity.
