She is survived by her devoted husband, Percy “Bo” Owen, who was her steadfast partner and the love of her life. Together, they built a family that was the center of Jackie’s world. She leaves behind her loving daughter, Leslie Higgins, and son-in-law, Michael, who brought immense joy to her life. Jackie’s legacy continues through her four cherished grandchildren, Lexie Higgins, Caden Higgins, Maegan Dunn (Donny), and Carsyn Crumley, as well as her nine adoring great-grandchildren, who brought her endless laughter and pride. Those who knew Jackie will remember her for her warming smile and open heart. She was a woman who found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially the time spent with family and friends. A service to celebrate Jackie’s life will be held on August 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Parkway Memorial Garden, located at 720 Carl Vinson Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31093, United States.
