In Loving Memory of Jacqueline "Jackie" Owen
On August 13, 2026, the world lost a truly remarkable woman, Jacqueline Owen, who passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones. Born on September 26, 1945, in the United States, Jackie was a beacon of warmth and kindness whose presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know her.
Jackie was the cherished daughter of the late Walter and Margaret Wiggins, and she carried the values they instilled in her throughout her life. She was predeceased by her beloved sister, Billy Wiggins, and her dear daughter, Stacy Bearden, whom she now joins in eternal rest.
Jackie's life was a testament to love and devotion. She is survived by her devoted husband, Percy “Bo” Owen, who was her steadfast partner and the love of her life. Together, they built a family that was the center of Jackie’s world. She leaves behind her loving daughter, Leslie Higgins, and son-in-law, Michael, who brought immense joy to her life. Jackie’s legacy continues through her four cherished grandchildren, Lexie Higgins, Caden Higgins, Maegan Dunn (Donny), and Carsyn Crumley, as well as her nine adoring great-grandchildren, who brought her endless laughter and pride.
Those who knew Jackie will remember her for her warming smile and open heart. She was a woman who found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially the time spent with family and friends. Whether at home or enjoying the tranquility of the river, Jackie’s presence was a source of comfort and happiness to those around her.
A service to celebrate Jackie’s life will be held on August 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Parkway Memorial Garden, located at 720 Carl Vinson Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31093, United States. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a life that touched so many.
Jackie’s departure leaves a profound void in our hearts, but her spirit will forever live on in the memories and lives of all who were blessed to know her. Her journey is complete, but the love she shared will continue to inspire us, reminding us of the beauty of a life well-lived.

The Lord's Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen.
