The cherished daughter of the late Rev. Carl and Lillie Nobles, Jacqualine was raised in a home filled with love and faith. She was predeceased by her beloved parents, her dear brother Karl Nobles, and her devoted husband, James Russell. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her children: Anita Russell, Stephen Russell, and James A. Russell III, who were her pride and joy. Her legacy continues through her adored grandchildren: Dominique Hawkins, Lekiya Stone, Tanesha Harris, Javon Russell, and Denver Russell, who will forever carry her spirit in their hearts. Jacqualine was a woman of great dedication, spending the majority of her career serving the St. Clair County court system with integrity and commitment. Her work not only exemplified her professionalism but also her unwavering dedication to justice and community service. Her siblings, Angela Russell and Paula Jackson, shared a lifetime of memories with Jacqualine, as did her special twin nieces, Jasmine and Jerica Chatman, whom she cherished wholeheartedly. Jacqualine's life will be celebrated on February 25, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Jelks Funeral Home, located at 4904 1st Ave N, Birmingham, AL.
