It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jacob Clayton Newton, a beloved brother, uncle, and friend, who left this world on April 12, 2026, at the age of 46. Jacob was born on June 23, 1979, in Danville, Virginia, to the late Gale and Steve Newton. Jacob's journey through life was one marked with his love for having fun. He possessed a remarkable ability to find joy in the simplest of moments. Whether it was an impromptu road trip or a spontaneous barbecue.
