Jacklynn Valentine-Lovelace

April 8, 2013 — May 20, 2026

It is with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, sister, and friend, Jacklynn Valentine-Lovelace, who left this world far too soon on May 20, 2026, at the tender age of 13. Born on April 8, 2013, in Othello, Washington, Jacklynn was a radiant presence whose warmth and tenderness touched all who knew her. Her life, though brief, was filled with laughter, love, and an unyielding spirit that will forever resonate in the hearts of those she leaves behind. Jacklynn was the cherished daughter of Ezekiel and Sunny Valentine-Lovelace, who lovingly nurtured her vibrant personality and supported her every endeavor. As a seventh grader at Chiawana Middle School, she was known for her quiet yet witty demeanor, often bringing smiles to faces with her inadvertent humor. Jacklynn had a knack for making people laugh, even when she herself was shyly standing by, a quality that endeared her to both her peers and teachers. A lover of life’s little pleasures, Jacklynn delighted in the simple joys of adolescence. She adored getting extra long acrylic nails, which she would proudly showcase while hysterically laughing at videos on social media. Jacklynn had a penchant for baking, often trying out new recipes to the delight of her family. Her love for fashion was evident in her frequent online shopping sprees, especially adding to her Shein cart. The mall was her playground, where she spent hours with friends, embracing the joy of each moment. But it was at home where Jacklynn truly shone as the best big sister anyone could ask for. Her love for her siblings was boundless, a bond forged in shared laughter and tender moments. She was always ready with a tickle, a bike ride, or a makeup tip, her actions speaking volumes of her love. Her gentle guidance and playful spirit left an indelible mark on her sisters, who will carry her lessons and love with them always. Jacklynn is preceded in death by her Uncle Jacksen Ashton, Great-grandmother Joy, Aunt Aaliyah Valentine, and cousin Messiah Tovar. She joins them now, embraced in their love and care, watching over her family from above. A celebration of Jacklynn’s life will be held on June 6, 2026, at 6:35 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, located at 77238 Surley Ln, Kennewick, WA. We invite all who were touched by her spirit to join us in honoring her memory and the joy she brought into our lives. In this time of unimaginable grief, her family wishes to express their gratitude for the outpouring of love and support. In a special message from her parents, Ezekiel and Sunny, they write, "We love you so much, babygirl! We’ll all be counting down the days until you’re in our arms again. And until then, you’ll be in our hearts. Love, Mommy and Daddy." Though Jacklynn’s physical presence has left us, her spirit shines brightly in the hearts of those who loved her. Her laughter, her kindness, and her indomitable spirit will remain with us, a reminder of the joy she brought into the world. Rest peacefully, sweet Jacklynn, until we meet again.
