Jack Hart
October 18, 1978 — January 26, 2026
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jack Hart, a cherished husband, brother, son, and friend, on January 26, 2026. Jack left this world peacefully at his home, surrounded by love, just as he had lived his life.
Born on October 18, 1978, in the vibrant city of St. Louis, Missouri, Jack brought a unique light and warmth to the lives of everyone he encountered. From a young age, Jack was known for his quick wit and warm smile, traits that would endear him to many throughout his life. His ability to always find a kind word for others and his genuine interest in their well-being made him a beloved figure in his community and beyond.
Jack was the beloved son of Eve Hart, who survives him, and the late Roy Hart, whom he joins now in eternal rest. He was also predeceased by his dear sister, Debbie, whose memory always held a special place in his heart. Jack is survived by his devoted wife of 15 years, Dana, who stood by his side through life's many adventures. Together, they shared a love as steadfast and enduring as the seasons.
In addition to Dana, Jack leaves behind his loyal companions, his dogs Bella and Jasper, who brought him immense joy and companionship. His brother, Charles Hart, and sister-in-law, Kim, as well as his sisters, Tanya Creating and Tawanna Denny, mourn the loss of their cherished brother. Jack's memory will also be held dear by countless friends who had the privilege of knowing him.
Jack was an avid fisherman, finding peace and solace in the gentle rhythm of the water and the anticipation of the catch. His love for sports was unparalleled, and he was a dedicated sports fanatic who never missed a qualification at the Indianapolis 500 since he turned 18. His enthusiasm and passion were infectious, and he could always be counted on to provide the latest scores and updates with a twinkle in his eye.
While Jack's physical presence will be deeply missed, his spirit and the memories of his laughter and kindness will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His legacy is one of warmth, humor, and unwavering friendship.
A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Jack's life, respecting his family's wishes for intimacy during this difficult time. As we bid farewell to Jack, we celebrate the beautiful journey of a life well-lived and the indelible mark he leaves behind.
In lieu of flowers, Jack's family kindly requests that donations be made in his memory to a charity of your choice, spreading kindness and support to others as Jack did throughout his life.
May Jack Hart rest in peace, forever remembered and forever loved.
