Born on February 17, 1956, in Slayden, Mississippi, Ivy was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose legacy of love and kindness will be cherished by all who knew her. A proud graduate of Ashland High School in Mississippi, Ivy was known for her sharp intellect and compassionate heart. Her journey through life was marked by unwavering devotion to family, friends, and community. Ivy's gentle spirit and boundless empathy touched the lives of everyone she encountered, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known her. Despite the challenges she faced, including her battle with cancer and kidney failure, Ivy demonstrated remarkable strength and resilience. Her courage and grace in the face of adversity were an inspiration to all, reflecting her deep faith and unwavering hope. Ivy's greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother to seven cherished grandchildren, and great-grandmother to seven delightful great-grandchildren. Her home was a sanctuary of warmth and laughter, where countless memories were made and treasured. Ivy's legacy is carried forward in the lives of her family, who will continue to honor her memory through their love for one another. A service to celebrate Ivy's life will be held on July 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM at 414 Trinity Ln, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Ivy’s remarkable life and to share in the love that she so generously gave. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Christian organizations, reflecting Ivy's enduring faith and commitment to helping others. Ivy Campbell's spirit will forever be etched in our hearts.
