Shaw'Briscoe and the late Ivan B. Briscoe Sr. He was preceded in death by his father, as well as his maternal grandparents, Mallie Shaw Sr. and Mary F. Coles'Shaw, and his paternal grandparents, Fredrick Jackson and Mazie Briscoe'Jackson(Armstrong). A man of enduring family ties, Ivan is survived by his devoted mother Melissa and his siblings who held him dear: Nicole, Tracey, Rachelle, Latoya, and brother Terrence Briscoe Sr. He shared a profound bond with his significant other, lovingly known as "Muff," and was a cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews whom he regarded as his own. Ivan's circle of love extended to a multitude of friends and family who will forever remember his generous spirit. Ivan married Cherice many years ago, and though their paths diverged, they maintained a lasting connection characterized by mutual respect and affection. Their shared moments remain a testament to Ivan's capacity for deep, meaningful relationships. Ivan's life will be honored at a memorial service on November 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Family and friends are invited to gather at Brooks Clinton Funeral Service, located at 6419 York Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21212, to celebrate the beautiful tapestry of his life.
